TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

www.agnetgroup.eu (lt) and www.bunnytoys.eu (lt)


Introduction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter – Terms) are a legally binding document defining the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, conditions of purchase and payment, delivery and return of goods, and responsibilities.

Note: All Terms apply to both stores except for Section 11¹ (Digital Products / Plugins / Software), which applies only to www.agnetgroup.eu.

The Buyer must read and accept the Terms by checking the box “I agree to the Terms” at the final step of payment. If the Buyer does not agree, please do not proceed with the purchase and do not use the stores.

The Seller reserves the right to change, modify, or supplement the Terms at any time in accordance with applicable laws. Registered Buyers will be informed of any changes and must accept the updated Terms to continue shopping.

The online stores operate throughout Europe.


1. Eligibility to Purchase

The Buyer may purchase products if:

1.1. The individual is of legal age;
1.2. Minors aged 14 to 18 may purchase only with parental or guardian consent (except if they independently manage their own income);
1.3. Legal entities.


2. Formation of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

2.1. The agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer clicks “Confirm Order” at the final step of payment.
2.2. All agreements are recorded in the databases of www.agnetgroup.eu (lt) and www.bunnytoys.eu (lt).
2.3. Products added to the cart but not ordered will not be reserved.


3. Buyer Rights

3.1. The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 working days from the delivery date:

  • In writing (email), indicating the product, order number, and reason;
  • In accordance with the Order and Service Provision Rules approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy of 17 August 2001 No. 258.

3.2. Withdrawal can be exercised:
a) Without reason or if the product’s color is unsuitable, provided the product is not damaged, unchanged, and original labels are intact;
b) If the product was defective or damaged during transport.


4. Buyer Obligations

4.1. Pay for the goods and receive them according to the Terms;
4.2. Do not share login credentials;
4.3. Immediately report lost login credentials;
4.4. Update registration information if it changes;
4.5. Comply with Lithuanian laws and Terms;
4.6. Provide accurate data in the online stores.


5. Seller Rights

5.1. Restrict or suspend Buyer access without notice if obligations are breached;
5.2. Investigate and report to authorities any attempts to harm the store;
5.3. Temporarily or permanently suspend the store;
5.4. Cancel the order without notice if unpaid within 3 working days (bank transfer).


6. Seller Obligations

6.1. Ensure access to store services;
6.2. Respect Buyer privacy (except as required by law);
6.3. Deliver products to the specified address;
6.4. Offer a substitute product if the original cannot be delivered;
6.5. Refund the Buyer within 5 working days if a substitute is rejected.


7. Product Prices, Payment Methods and Terms

7.1. Prices are indicated including VAT in the currency selected by the Buyer;
7.2. Payment methods:

  • PayPal – advance payment via credit card;
  • Bank transfer – advance payment with order number;
  • Cash on delivery – only for home delivery by courier;
  • Card payment at parcel locker – only via LP Express parcel locker.

7.3. Order invoice visible in “My Account” → “Order History”.


8. Product Delivery

8.1. Within Lithuania

  • Delivered by the Seller or contracted third party;
  • Orders processed within 2 working days;
  • In-stock items delivered in 2–3 working days; others in 7–14 days;
  • Buyer must receive and inspect items and note any damage.

8.2. Outside Lithuania / EU Region

  • Delivery according to postal rates;
  • Buyer provides exact address and receives products;
  • Standard delivery 10–15 working days;
  • Seller not responsible for delays caused by Buyer or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Product Quality Guarantee

9.1. Product features are indicated in descriptions;
9.2. Differences in color, shape, or size due to screen settings are not considered defects.


10. Returns and Exchanges (Lithuania)

10.1. Governed by Orders of the Minister of Economy No. 217 (29 June 2001) and No. 258 (17 August 2001);
10.2. Notify Seller by info@agnetgroup.eu within 14 working days;
10.3. Product must be undamaged, in original packaging, with labels intact;
10.4. Buyer bears the cost of returning non-defective products;
10.5. Defective or incorrect products will be exchanged or refunded within 14 working days.


11¹. Digital Products / Plugins / Software (www.agnetgroup.eu only)

11¹.1. Products delivered electronically after payment;
11¹.2. Buyer may use immediately; returns not allowed unless defective;
11¹.3. According to Lithuanian Civil Code 6.228(10), the consumer cannot withdraw from digital content if provided electronically;
11¹.4. Downloading or granting access constitutes delivery and start of use; product is intellectual property;
11¹.5. If defective, Buyer reports within 14 calendar days to info@agnetgroup.eu. Seller provides technical support, replacement, or refund;
11¹.6. Buyer must not use products illegally, distribute, or violate copyright/licensing terms.


12. Liability

12.1. Buyer responsible for data accuracy;
12.2. Seller not liable for incorrect data or Buyer actions;
12.3. Seller not responsible for third-party content or links.


13. Information Exchange

  • Seller sends notifications to registration email;
  • Buyer communicates via “Contacts” section.

14. Final Provisions

14.1. Terms governed by Lithuanian law;
14.2. Disputes resolved by negotiation or under Lithuanian law;
14.3. Digital product purchase and refund governed by Civil Code 6.228(10) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
